Struct uses a credit-based system. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can purchase additional credits anytime.

How Credits Work

Each investigation uses credits from your balance. The amount varies based on the complexity and duration of the investigation.

Top-up credits are only consumed after your monthly allowance is used up. Purchase additional credits at any time from Settings → Usage & Billing.

Monitoring Usage

Track your credit usage in Settings → Usage & Billing:
  • Credit balance — See your current credits at a glance
  • Usage chart — View daily credit consumption over the last 30 days
  • Reset date — See when your monthly credits refresh

Plans

Struct offers multiple plan tiers. Every plan includes monthly credits and access to all features. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add top-up credits at any time. To view available plans or change your current plan, go to Settings → Usage & Billing.
The Free plan is a great way to get started. Upgrade when you need more credits or higher limits.

Managing Billing

Click Manage Billing in Settings → Usage & Billing to:
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Update your payment method
  • Manage your subscription
